I have been a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon at the West Suffolk Hospital, Bury St. Edmunds, a Cambridge University Teaching Hospital, since 1995. I qualified in Denmark but my higher specialist training was undertaken in Edinburgh.
With more than 25 years of orthopaedic experience, I am a highly experienced orthopaedic surgeon in a vast range of orthopaedic and trauma surgery; my main practice is in upper limb conditions. I treat in the region of 2,500 patients every year and am committed to providing a high quality service to my patients.
I regularly lecture to surgeons, medical students, physiotherapists, nurses etc. I have written numerous publications, presentations and one text book chapter.
I provide a high level service to patients from the point of consultation to discharge and I strive to continue to find ways to improve the patient experience.
